You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you click the Submit Order button
After you submit your order we will provide you with an Order ID and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an email acknowledging receipt of your order (Order Acknowledgement). Please note that this email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur once we send you an email confirming that your order has been processed and dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). This will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our Despatch Confirmation email will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Goods remain the property of EcoEnergy until full cleared payment has been received.
EcoEnergy reserves the right to decline to trade with any person or organisation and we reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.
English law applies to this contract.
Our liability, however caused, for any loss, damage or injury, is limited to the value of the goods supplied by EcoEnergy.
Where payment is made using Visa, Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, or Delta the transaction will be handled by HSBC Merchant Services. Payment may also be made using PayPal through our website, by direct bank transfer.
Only payment details that are required to process your order will be collected. Details will be kept completely confidential, and will not be sold or distributed to anyone. Whilst all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, EcoEnergy cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
We shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we shall be under no liability whatsoever for delay in delivery or the consequence thereof however caused. For full details of our delivery policy please visit our Delivery page
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of an order where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
Information provided to us will only be used to manage your account and in the transaction of any orders. Your personal information will NOT be passed on to any third parties.
All our products are brand new and are covered by standard 12 month manufacturer’s warranties.
If items are faulty or do not conform to description please contact EcoEnergy within 28 days of purchase, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund with return at our own expense.
If items become faulty after 28 days they can be returned for testing under the 12 month warranty offered by EcoEnergy, if found to be faulty the products will either be repaired or replaced. Goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. Please note we cannot refund any return postage or delivery charge in this instance. Any faults that occur after the 12 month period must be reported directly to the manufacturer.
In all cases customers must contact EcoEnergy before making a return.
